Sen. John McCain’s Plan for America
Secure America and Orderly Immigration Act

SUMMARY AS OF: 5/12/2005–Introduced
Among other provisions, S.1033 In other words:
Requires the Secretary of State to provide a framework for security coordination between the governments of North America.
Establishes: (1) an H-5A essential worker visa program for low-skilled workers; (2) a mechanism for subsequent adjustment of status; and (3) an Essential Worker Visa Program Task Force. a government program is established to import cheaper humans who possess "essential" non-skills for the benefit of employers who don’t feel like paying wages high enough to attract American workers; lets "the market" set the number of labor humans the employers are allowed to import; to help entice cheaper humans, labor allowed to bring its families, social services for which are dumped on US taxpayers; the gift of US citizenship dangled before foreign labor humans as further enticement
Authorizes the Secretary of State to enter into an agreement with foreign governments whose citizens participate in the H-5A program to establish a labor migration facilitation program. regulated under human trade agreements with the ruling classes in other countries
Exempts immediate relatives of U.S. citizens from the annual cap on family-sponsored immigrant visas. Increases numerical limits for specified visas. expanded greatly, increasing already record-breaking mass immigration
Authorizes H-5B nonimmigrant status for undocumented aliens present in the United States on the date of this Act’s introduction who meet specified requirements and pay a fine. Provides a mechanism for subsequent adjustment of status. additionally, provides amnesty for illegal aliens already present in the United States
Defines "authorized representative" for immigration purposes. Makes alien victims of fraud perpetrated by unauthorized representatives eligible for U (victims of certain crimes) nonimmigrant status. requires the hiring of immigration lawyers, or a nonprofit religious, charitable, social service, or similar organization established in the United States to represent labor units in filling out the forms; labor units who are defrauded by the above are rewarded with permanent residence in the United States, then citizenship, plus their families
Amends the Medicare Prescription Drug, Improvement, and Modernization Act of 2003 to extend authorization of Federal reimbursement for hospitals that provide emergency care to undocumented immigrants. American labor units must be taxed to pay for the health care costs of the cheaper humans imported by US employers; expand or improve binational public health infrastructure and health insurance efforts

I believe that an American citizen should be able to ask a question regarding the invasion of our country by illegals and expect an intelligent answer, especially from someone who wants to be our next president. I definitely do not believe asking that kind of question regarding illegals warrants being called a racist. I now know that John McCain does not understand the situation our country is facing and therefore should not be elected as our next president. At the same time neither should Senators Clinton nor Obama because they too do not grasp the enormity of the danger our country is facing.

I pray that the American people will wake up before it’s too late and insist upon a presidential candidate who is for the people and not just for the elites and those who represent foreign governments.
